Beloved of the Lord. Of late, I have read some wonderful teaching on the web, from several known ministries teaching the symbolism's of the book of revelation which depicts the inner working of the heart and mind of mankind. Yes, there is a place for this. However, if this search for truth continues with the natural mind, as all knowledge learned with the mind is not the knowledge of God, we enter into more darkness, we need to be still and listen.
Are we of the Truth? How do I know that I am of the Truth? Jesus said: John 18:36-37 (KJV)
Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. [37] Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth hears (OBEYS) my voice. Do you hear this?
Through these symbolism's we interpret the Scriptures, but because these things are but concepts of the mind, we will be ever learning the psychological workings of the mind and never coming to the actual consciousness of Truth, for truth only comes by hearing the Voice of Jesus who said: John 5:37-43 (KJV)
And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape. [38] And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not.
[You Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. [40] And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. [41] I receive not honour from men. [42] But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you. [43] I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
